In partnership with NETZSCH, we successfully developed LabV, a joint venture and pioneering lab data platform, with the first recurring revenue (ARR) business model for NETZSCH. Our strategic efforts in building this venture included:

- Product Development & Testing: Overseeing the development process, including testing phases to ensure the platform's efficiency and reliability.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Creating detailed roadmaps and strategic plans for the successful market launch and adoption of LabV.
- Sales & Customer Acquisition: Developing and executing effective sales strategies, generating leads, acquiring pilot customers and transforming them into ARR contracts to ensure sustained growth.
