KBM Insight: 11 Success Factors in Technology and Innovation Management

In this context, successful technology and innovation management (TIM) is becoming a critical driver of long-term competitiveness.

To understand what distinguishes successful organizations, we conducted a comprehensive benchmarking study involving companies from various industries. Using a structured questionnaire with approximately 170 questions and in-depth interviews, we identified 11 success factors that characterize strong T&I management.
