Our AI Community Event is completely free of charge for you. However, we do not cover the costs for your travel and accommodation, if applicable. If you need hotel recommendations, do not hesitate to contact us. Food and beverages will be available throughout the whole day. All food and beverages are also free of charge. The event takes place exclusively in physical presence in our Aachen offices.

In addition to the joint community day on April 27th, we also invite you to a joint networking dinner on April 26th. The evening is for an early and casual exchange among each other. The dinner will take place in Aachen and starts at 7 p.m. We will announce more information about the venue shortly.
