Your Tasks

• Technical leadership and implementation of software development projects – from the idea through POC and prototype to a market-ready MVP or product
• Design, development, and optimization of software solutions in interdisciplinary teams (Front-End, Back-End, Cloud, API, data integration)
• Close collaboration with customers in defining technical requirements, making architecture decisions, and prioritizing features
• Building and managing a development team
• Ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability
• Development of prototypes and AI-based applications, e.g., intelligent agents, chatbots, or data-driven services
• Independent acquisition and management of new projects
• Expansion of existing customer relationships
• Contribution to the further development of the INC technology portfolio

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development or technical innovation projects
• In-depth knowledge of modern software architectures, cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP), APIs, databases, and front-/back-end technologies
• Experience in leading or managing international development teams (near-/offshoring is an advantage)
• Knowledge in developing prototypes, MVPs, and AI applications (e.g., chatbots, LLMs, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Azure AI Services)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
• Business-fluent German and English skills as well as willingness to travel
