Your tasks
- Design, implementation, and optimization of marketing activities
- Development and execution of campaigns to promote our digital solutions, services, and training offerings
- Planning, organization, and follow-up of events, workshops, and community activities (on-site & online)
- Responsibility for the successful marketing and further development of our training portfolio (INC Academy) – from target group engagement to creating new communication and campaign approaches
- Online marketing & social media management: managing our channels (LinkedIn, website, newsletter), content planning, text and graphic design, as well as performance analysis
- Creation of content for the website, presentations, and marketing materials
- Support in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team and in cross-functional projects
Your Qualifications
- Completed degree or apprenticeship in marketing, communications, media management, or event management
- At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, event management, or online marketing
- Passion for topics related to innovation, technology, software, and professional development
- Experience with social media and common online marketing tools is desirable
- Creative intuition for language, layout, and visual communication
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of direct collaboration with the team and partners
