Your Tasks
- Lead and deliver innovation, technology, and strategy projects
- Identify, assess, and translate emerging market and technology trends into business opportunities
- Develop and market innovation, technology, and benchmarking studies
- Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and executive learning formats
- Support business development activities and contribute to the acquisition of new clients and projects
- Development and execution of community initiatives, events and other formats
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Innovation Management, Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in innovation, technology, or strategy management.
- Curiosity and spirit of discovery
- Analytical and structured way of working and conceptual thinking
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High degree of responsibility and independence
- Fluent knowledge of the German and Business fluent English
