Your Tasks
- You identify, analyze, and evaluate innovations regarding their technical and economic potential
- You plan, accompany, and lead consulting projects for the implementation of methods, processes, and organizations of innovation projects for our customers
- You work on the conception, acquisition, and implementation of training courses in the field of technology and innovation management
- You design and conduct workshops
- You support idea development, validation, prototyping, product, service, and business model development as well as the industrialization of innovation projects
- You accompany our venture projects from idea development to market launch
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed technical or business studies
- At least 4 years of professional experience in technology, R&D or innovation management
- Very good understanding of business development
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Teamwork and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong presentation and moderation skills
