Your Tasks
- Building an interdisciplinary team
- Technical and disciplinary leadership
- Managing and steering innovation and technology management projects for our clients
- Designing, preparing, and conducting training courses on innovation and technology management topics
- Independent acquisition of projects and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Further development of methods, services, and products to optimize our consulting portfolio
- Identification of new trends and developments in the market, e.g., by participating in business events, trade fairs, and conferences
Your Qualifications
- Degree in innovation and technology management, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in innovation and technology management, ideally in a consulting environment
- Proven track record in acquisition and business development in the B2B sector with a strong network in relevant industries
- In-depth experience in project management as well as in leading and developing teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and strong customer focus
- Business fluent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel
